A call to be GUARDIANS OF MEMORY? A commitment to TRADITION?<br \/>\nThe word &#8220;tradition&#8221; is common in the world of yoga.<br \/>\nThe word &#8220;tradition&#8221; means &#8220;To deliver,&#8221; &#8220;To pass on.&#8221;<br \/>\nTradition is not only about the past; it is also about continuity in development \u2014 keeping a teaching alive, in its most genuine form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The image featured in this blog post is highly symbolic. It represents the care with which we receive and pass on the teaching we\u2019ve received directly from the source \u2014 Dinah Rodrigues.<br \/>\nIt is \u201cA TREASURE THAT MUST BE PRESERVED.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>And to be guardians of memory&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nWe must know the story\u2026 remember the whole process.<br \/>\nWhen we recover a story or memory, we are touched by a feeling that nourishes the need to know about ourselves, the past, the present, and the future.<br \/>\nIt brings comfort, trust, and meaning because it brings the experience of belonging.<br \/>\nWe discover values and renew bonds.<br \/>\nWe understand that we are part of it \u2014 part of this story.<br \/>\nNYTH is a platform that invites you to be part of building that story.<br \/>\nWhen we build a story within ourselves, we make it our own \u2014 and perhaps the feeling of care arises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The Trio \u2013 M\u00e1rcia, Margit, M\u00f4nica<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a conversation with M\u00f4nica and Margit, I shared the idea of gathering teachers to strengthen best practices, and for that, I proposed the creation of a collective website.<br \/>\nThey embraced the idea, as they too recognized the need.<br \/>\nSince December 2020, we have met every Monday to work on the creation, development, and maintenance of the website.<br \/>\nThe site was named NYTH \u2013 Reference Center for Hormonal Yoga Therapy.<br \/>\nDinah Rodrigues loved and supported our project.<br \/>\nWe hired a professional web development team to bring the idea to life.<br \/>\nIt has been a wonderful process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On March 19, 2022, we held the first presentation meeting of the NYTH proposal for Brazilian Hormonal Yoga Therapy Teachers.<br \/>\nIt resonated with many, and several joined the movement \u2014 we are now partner teachers.<br \/>\nThe video of this meeting is posted here on the blog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On May 31, 2022, we launched NYTH BRASIL \u2013 the main website.<br \/>\nWe continue together.
