After experiencing burnout that year, Yoga saved me and opened up horizons I had never dreamed of before. Realizing that I am more than just my body and mind inspired me to deepen my understanding of Yoga by completing a 200-hour Yoga teacher training course. It was an intense, heartfelt journey that ultimately led me to seek specialized help for several symptoms I had been experiencing. I entered post-menopause at 41, and my world felt like it was falling apart. Fortunately, I discovered the solution to my problems through Hormonal Yogatherapy using the Dinah Rodrigues method. With my symptoms greatly alleviated, I enrolled in the course to help other women facing similar challenges seeking a natural and holistic solution.
