I have a degree in Physical Education and a specialization in Health and Sports Sciences. My first training in Yoga was in Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga by the Patanjali Institute in Uruguay and the second was in Vinyasa Yoga with Jamile Ansolin from Bijam in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
I also have training in Integrative Yoga Therapy at Montanha Encantada (2009) and I am a specialized teacher in Hormonal Yogatherapy for Women by the creator of the method, Professor Dinah Rodrigues, in a course held in São Paulo in February 2019.
In 2020, in pandemic times, I trained in Classical Mat Pilates (beginner, intermediate and advanced) at Corper in Porto Alegre, a school run by Aline Haas, formed by Romana Kryzanowska, a direct disciple of Joseph Pilates.
I am also a translator specializing in the area of life and health sciences, with a master’s degree in Translation Studies from UFSC (Santa Catarina) in 2014. I have already translated 3 books related to Yoga and Ayurveda and countless documents related to medicine, dentistry, well-being, fitness, among many other areas.
I live between Brazil and the Netherlands, leading a nomadic life. I teach itinerant workshops on Hormonal Yoga Therapy for Women in Brazil, the Netherlands and Portugal.
