Elisabeth Zeppetzauer

Elisabeth Zeppetzauer, born on May 1, 1978, in Salzburg, Austria, is an experienced Hatha Yoga and Hormone Yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master of Science degree in Animal Behaviour from Salzburg, obtained in 2004. Elisabeth’s teaching style focuses on breathwork (Pranayama), proper execution of postures (Asana), and mental alignment (Samyama). She is dedicated to helping her students be present in the moment and teaches with enthusiasm and ease.
Aside from her expertise in yoga, Elisabeth is a biologist working in parrot conservation in Mexico. In Austria, she works as a personal assistant for individuals with physical disabilities and offers coaching services centered around relaxation and body awareness. She completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vienna in 2010 and has participated in various yoga and meditation (Vipassana) retreats in India, Mexico, Austria, and Italy.
In 2017, she completed the Teacher Training on “Diabetes,” followed by the completion of the “Menopause” training with Dinah Rodrigues in 2018.
In 2022, she attended a foundational seminar on Trauma-Sensitive Yoga led by Joachim Pfahl & Team. Furthermore, in 2023, she completed the Breath and Meditation Training with Yogamood, guided by Michalea Waibl.
Her favorite mantra is “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah” (May all beings be happy).
She teaches online and in person courses in Austria and as well as in Mexico.
She speaks spanish, english and german.
