Let us be our own example.
This is essential for being teacher aligned with Dinah Rodrigues’ method.

One of the reasons for being a part of the NYTH is to protect the integrity and ethical standards of the Dinah Rodrigues method of practicing Hormone Yoga Therapy. With all this in mind, we created an orientation manual for all those that wish to become partners.
Dinah Rodrigues’ method belongs exclusively to its creator. Thus, you should neither make copies of the book nor create your own teaching material, in any format. You shall make use the official material in your classes (book, poster, handout).
The specialization course for teachers of Hormone Yoga Therapy can only be taught by its creator, Dinah Rodrigues.
Only teach the method for personal practice of your students.
Hormone Yoga Therapy is considered a Kriya, a set of actions aiming to achieve a determined result. Therefore, you should never eliminate, add or change the order of the exercises created by Dinah.
Even after learning, you should keep studying in search for enhancement. Like this, each one of us will guarantee the quality and the tradition of the Hormone Yoga Theraphy Method.
Before applying the method, have the students answer a set of questions so you can analyze his/her medical history.
Be careful publicizing the method on any media or social networks, do not show the sequence or part of the sequence without the written authorization of the author. Remember that the practice is not indicated in some cases, and many students need adaptations.
Keep a focused eye on the student to avoid any type of injury. Teach in a progressive way. Make all the necessary adjustments and adaptations, respecting their physical capacity and individual needs
The student with “type 1 or 2” diabetes must be advised to practice the appropriate methodology and follow the guidelines of their responsible doctor, who should be aware of the dynamics and the effects from HYT.
