Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a holistic, therapeutic, energetic and reinvigorating method created by our dear master Dinah Rodrigues using a combination of elements from Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Chi Gong.
It is an energetic sequence composed of dynamic postures combined with a specific pranayama (vigorous breathing), aligned with a Tibetan energy circulation technique and relaxation with visualization.
The goal is to help the body reactivate and balance the hormone production by itself.
The technique promotes a massage of the endocrine organs and glands (ovaries, testicles, pancreas, liver, adrenal glands, thymus, thyroid and pituitary glands). This massage is enhanced when we direct our individual prana vital energy through a visualization technique that directs the pranic energy to the organ or gland that we wish to activate.
The results are quick and directly proportional to the frequency of practice of the full series.
Exercises awaken the living body, the beautiful body, the harmonic and healthy body.
