Barbara Maggiani

I have started practicing Hatha Yoga since my early 30s when I was working in a stressful multinational environment and Yoga truly helped me to cope with it. However, in my early 40s, my Hatha Yoga practice was not enough to cope with my frenetic lifestyle and my reproductive hormones going thru a roller coaster. After battling with a lot of peri-menopausal symptoms: hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, migraines and stress, I decided that it was time to change my life and went back to school, as no doctors could provide me a holistic and natural solution.

After becoming a qualified RYT Yoga Alliance certified teacher, a Yoga British Wheel accredited Menopause Yoga teacher and Nutritionist, I was still experiencing some menopausal symptoms. Finally, I discovered by chance Hormone Yoga Therapy by Dinah Rodrigues. At last, I had found a natural, holistic and healthy solution to overcome the symptoms of menopause and rediscover a good quality of life. As I wanted to share my “discovery” with other women, I became a certified therapist of Dinah Rodrigues’ Hormone Yoga Therapy. Since then, I am teaching daily classes of Hormone Yoga, supporting a lot of women in every stage of life.

Cinzia Di Paolantonio

Mi chiamo Cinzia Di Paolantonio e vivo a Genova in Italia.
Contemporaneamente mi sto formando in danzamovimentoterapia espressiva psicodinamica.

Mel Burdett

Mel Burdett’s yoga paths started 40 years ago when she found a yoga book in the attic of her parent’s home. The book described the perils of a woman overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, life itself and her changing body and mind in middle-age. The book described how the regular practice of yoga helped her gaining back her vitality, courage and confidence. Mel was hooked, practiced yoga and became a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher.
In 2012 Mel met Dinah Rodrigues in Vienna was certified by her as a Hormone Yoga Therapist (IYTA). Since then Mel has been teaching Dinah’s HYT method to women in Europe and New Zealand, where Mel now lives and works. Mel offers HYT workshops for individuals and groups.
Mel is also a certified Mindset Coach (ICF ACC) and Mindfulness Practitioner, guiding groups and individuals toward wellbeing for life.
