Amends, updates, and consolidates legislation on copyright and provides other provisions. Art. 1 This Law regulates copyright, understood under this denomination as authors’ rights and related rights.

TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Having been certified as a specialized teacher in Hormone Yogatherapy by the creator of the method Dinah Rodrigues, I am aware of the legal copyright regulations and, once adhering to this method, I commit as a specialized teacher to comply with the following clauses:
REGARDING COPYRIGHTS:
1 – The specialized Hormone Yogatherapy teacher, duly certified and authorized to use the Dinah Rodrigues method, hereinafter referred to as specialized teacher, recognizes and commits not to reproduce, in whole or in part, the book Hormone Yogatherapy authored by Dinah Rodrigues, without the due and express authorization from the author.
2 – Any alteration of the original text is expressly prohibited, forbidding any modification of the method, removal, addition, modification, or change of the original sequence of exercises, to be practiced according to the method created by the author Dinah Rodrigues. The specialized teacher commits to use the official material available, respecting all copyrights of the author Dinah Rodrigues, as established by current legislation.
3 – The official material of author Dinah Rodrigues includes: Level I Workbook, Book, Poster, and DVD, all produced exclusively by her authorship.
4 – The specialized teacher is aware that the materials of Hormone Yogatherapy produced by its creator Dinah Rodrigues, as well as the practical sequence of Hormone Yogatherapy composed of warm-up, hormonal exercise series, and anti-stress exercises and pranayamas, may be cited and taught in class, provided THE AUTHORIAL SOURCE IS CLEARLY INDICATED, but it is expressly prohibited to disclose or share them on any social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, and others that may emerge with the same effect and form of dissemination.
5 – The specialized teacher acknowledges in all forms that the Specialization Course for Training Specialized Teachers in Hormone Yogatherapy is taught EXCLUSIVELY BY PROFESSOR DINAH RODRIGUES. When acting as a Hormone Yogatherapist, the specialized teacher of the Dinah Rodrigues method is responsible for acting within the rules established by the method, committing to comply with the following rules:
I – To teach the method only for the personal practice of interested parties, i.e., not to train new teachers;
II – Following the teachings of some Swamis, Hormone Yogatherapy is considered a Kriya – “A set of actions executed to achieve a certain result”; therefore, the specialized teacher commits never to eliminate, add, or modify the order of the exercises to be practiced.
6 – The specialized teacher commits, once adhering to the method, to study and seek improvement to maintain the quality and tradition of the Hormone Yogatherapy method, declaring to be in perfect condition to perform and apply the method within commitment and tradition.
7 – Before applying the method, the specialized teacher commits to perform a careful anamnesis and only teach classes to people who do not present any contraindication, such as: “hormone-dependent cancer and lymphatic system (before and after surgery), advanced endometriosis, advanced osteoporosis, myomas, pregnancy, prostate cancer, thromboses, and psychosis.”
8 – It is the total responsibility of the specialized teacher to give due attention to the student when applying the method, seeking to avoid any harm to them, making the necessary adjustments and adaptations according to each person’s physical capacity.
9 – The specialized teacher commits, upon becoming aware, that if a student is a carrier of “type 1 or 2 diabetes,” to guide them to seek the methodology that best suits them according to their responsible physician, explaining the dynamics and effects of Hormone Yogatherapy.
ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
a) Regarding the General Personal Data Protection Law, the following considerations are established:
The General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 or “LGPD”) regulates the processing of personal data in Brazil, aiming to provide greater legal security to activities involving such data processing and to protect fundamental rights of its holders. The entry into force of the LGPD has required several market actors to modify their data protection practices and strengthen their governance programs to comply with the new legal requirements. Therefore, the beneficiary of the method commits to:
I – Information security, preserving the personal data of its collaborators and students; II – The personal data processed by the beneficiary may be used for the following purposes: We will also process your data to send notices related to the contract or interests related to the contract, which includes the development of studies and analyses on commercial and business aspects, always ensuring, whenever possible, the use of aggregated, statistical, or anonymized data. Facilitate the object of the purposes of this Notice and other requirements related to the Hormone Yogatherapy method;
b) On data storage: How and for how long the beneficiary stores the data of its students and collaborators:
(I) Personal data will be kept as long as necessary for the execution of the method; or for the period, in case there is legal support. In all cases, the period of storage of your personal data will comply with the current legislation and the best information security practices in the market.
(II) When processing teachers’ data, the Reference Center for Hormone Yogatherapy (NYTH) will strive to store and keep them protected, in safe and controlled environments. For this reason, such personal data will be stored with high levels of security, including access control practices.
c) Rights: What are the rights of the beneficiary teachers as data subjects?
(I) The rights that beneficiary teachers have as personal data holders are:
a) confirmation of the existence of processing, b) access to data, c) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data, d) restriction of processing activities, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data, e) elimination of data, f) right to be informed about public and private entities with which their data were shared, about the possibility of not giving consent and the consequences of refusal, g) right to revoke consent, when processing depends on consent, at any time.
d) Contact method: How the beneficiary teacher can contact NYTH: (I) If the beneficiary teacher wishes to exercise any of their rights as data subjects or has any doubts about this document and the described practices, they may contact NYTH through the Registration Form
