The techniques promote a massage of the organs and endocrine glands (ovaries, testicles, pancreas, liver, adrenal glands, thymus, thyroid, and pituitary). This massage is enhanced when we direct our individual vital energy *prana* through a visualization technique that channels pranic energy to the organ or gland we wish to activate.
The results are quick and directly proportional to the frequency of practicing the complete series.
• Promotes health and prevents disease.
• Eases menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, emotional instability, anxiety, discouragement, apathy, irritability, slow thinking or poor memory, headaches, migraines, joint pain, vaginal dryness, and low libido. Helps control weight gain and reduces breast volume. Prevents early menopause, urinary infections, and fluid retention.
• Harmonizes glandular functions, treating conditions such as: polycystic ovaries, difficulty conceiving, irregular menstrual cycles (amenorrhea and polymenorrhea), PMS, and hypothyroidism.
• The dynamic exercises of HYT stimulate the glands responsible for testosterone production.
• The practice is recommended for men aged 45 and over who wish to maintain their health or who show symptoms of low hormone levels (hypogonadism) such as: stress, decreased virility and libido, difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection, difficulty reaching orgasm, premature ejaculation, slow metabolism, hypothyroidism, metabolic syndrome, irritability, insomnia, depression, weak gums, dry hair, nails, and skin.
• Recommended for Andropause, age-related hormonal decline.
• The dynamic exercises act as a natural and complementary treatment for individuals with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, or as a preventive practice for those with a genetic predisposition.
• Regular practice reactivates insulin production by the pancreas, strengthens the immune system, balances the autonomic nervous system, and improves circulation by reinforcing areas weakened by the disease.
• Fights excess weight, increases vitality and energy.
Hormone Yoga Therapy exercises strengthen the whole body, and the benefits go beyond the physical level—they awaken awareness for autonomy, self-care, self-regulation, and healing.
